Grillo is a cross of Cattarato and Zibbibo (Muscat) and that Muscat character is present on the nose here along with ripe mango and cantaloupe. The palate is crisp and dry on entry, with a creamy mid palate texture and a crisp finish that has a zesty push. Beautifully refreshing.
