A bold blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah that succeeds by embracing the tannic structure of both varieties and Paso Robles’ westside diurnal temperature swing acidity, allowing the ripe fruit a place soak up oak spice character without going overboard. Notes of coffee and cinnamon join the red and black berry mix and finish with good push. I’d let this age a bit to fully integrate the spice. Beautifully realized wine! A Double Gold Award winner at the 2020 Toast of the Coast International Wine Competition.
