The first thing that grabs me about this wine is the texture. Most sparkling Rosé leans into its propensity for brightness, but this wine is all about creaminess with pizzazz, with a strawberry citrus blend that you just want to hold in your mouth for a while before letting it finish. That finish has great push and verve, with a lingering mix of strawberry and lemon zest begging another sip. And another. A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
