There’s a fair amount of oak influence in this Cabernet, but the fruit handles it well. The blackberry and cassis ride right alongside the pulsing oak spice, and they ride a dusty grip through a long finish. Marbled beef is the way to go to get maximum enjoyment – you’ll be dancing in no time.
