I love it when Pinot Noir strikes fine balance between rich texture and bracing acidity in the way that this offering manages to do with elegance and style. The ripe character of the cherry, strawberry and red plum soar over a bright citric vibe, with soft oak toast and mild spice adding depth and remaining interwoven through a blown-out finish that keeps pumping flavor. It’s a delight as a solo glass, and it will be a treat alongside a grilled beef tenderloin.
