A big, bold expression of Shiraz that shows lots of oak, but it’s very tasty oak that compliments vibrant blackberry, tar and mint flavors. There’s a citric vibe to the acidity that keeps the wine very lively and fresh on the palate and extends the finish. Pork tenderloin, please! A Platinum Award winner at the 2015 Critics Challenge International Wine Competition.
