A big, bold expression of Shiraz that shows lots of oak, but it’s very tasty oak that compliments vibrant blackberry, tar and mint flavors. There’s a citric vibe to the acidity that keeps the wine very lively and fresh on the palate and extends the finish. Pork tenderloin, please!
