Soter Vineyards’ Planet Oregon Rosé Bubbles is their ‘responsibly delicious’ choice. Made with 100% organic Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine comes with maraschino cherry and candied strawberry notes while still maintaining a dry profile. Its dark color is inviting in the glass and I personally enjoy its minimalistic label. This wine easily outperforms its price point and will easily impress a wide experience of wine drinkers.
