Spagnol elects not to write “Millesimato” on the label of this wine but the year does appear, and this is a truly Brut wine, finished with only about 8 grams per liter of sugar. The aromas are rather muted, but the flavors are pure and fresh, showing a little underlying minerality and finishing with lip-smackingly bright acidity.
