This is a horse of a different color that can get you beyond the nonsense about light color making for the best Rosés. It’s got Mourvèdre’s savory character in the front, with crisp acidity keeping the savory and herbal notes in balance with the cherry fruit. There is a little grip that extends the finish and make this very food friendly. Salads, roast chicken, fried chicken, chicken kabobs – you get the idea. Contains 51% Mourvèdre, 38% Grenache, 8% Counoise and 3% Cinsaut.
