Bring on spring, and with it, a glass of fresh, crisp Albariño. If you’re already a fan, Pazo Torrado is an excellent choice that offers great value. If you haven’t yet discovered Albariño, this is an excellent introduction. Produced by Terra de Asorei, a collective of six families who once worked together as a co-op, Pazo Torrado is a standout. It opens with a burst of white peach, apricot, and lemon, followed by delicate notes of white flowers. The vibrant acidity gives it a dry, refreshing finish that makes it the perfect warm-weather sipper.
