Roughly as refreshing a wine as you can find anywhere it the world, this is loaded with energetic acidity (nearly electric, frankly) and citrus fruit flavors recalling limes and grapefruits. I admire the fact that the winemaking team elected not to “calm this down” with a bigger dose of residual sugar, but this may be too tart for some tasters — just not me. Perfect for oysters, or for waking up someone who fell asleep during an afternoon by the pool.
