 This producer’s 2019 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir Reserve emits aromatics of cherry, pomegranate, damp rose petal, spiced plum, crushed rock, and orange peel.  A mouth-filling Pinot Noir, it combines an appealing lushness with a lifted and perfumed fruit core on the palate.  Well-integrated tannins and bright acidity keep the wine flavor-packed.  Those flavors linger, giving way to an impressively persistent finish.  This is a new-world Pinot Noir with Old World soul.
