A vigorous and unpretentious red wine, Terra Barossa Shiraz is dependable and food-worthy. With its deep red-purple hue and medium-to-full body, this Shiraz deploys plenty of berry and spice elements. A trace of oak adds to the general ensemble of flavors (the wine was matured in French oak for up to twelve months). Gentle tannins on the finish round things off nicely. Serve this down-to-earth Shiraz with everyday fare such as red sauce pasta, pizza and the like.
