A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah and Malbec, this wine shows more of a red fruit profile than the variety mix suggests, with cherry, currants and plum all coming from the red side, complimented by dusty minerality, white pepper and a little mint. Bright acidity carries the elements nicely through a long finish that brings in a citric note. Pair it with a round of gourmet burgers.
