This mouthwatering 2020 Txakolina was produced with native varieties Hondarrabi Zuri, Munemahatsa, and Txori Mahatsa. The resulting wine is racy, fresh, and mineral. This is gorgeously toned with fresh green apple, candied lemon, and pear notes. There is no effervescence, but it features remarkable acidity and refreshing notes of salinity. This beauty will be an ideal partner for seafood over the next year.
