Here’s a solid representative of GSM style — or SGM in this particular case — with Aussie flair. Black fruit, tar, pepper and menthol are folded finely together and stay that way through a lingering finish. This will run the gamut with the meat side of the menu. To my taste, there’s been a turn toward the good at this producer of late!
