In my lexicon, semi-dry is the same as semi-sweet, and the winemaking team played its shot right down the middle with this wine. It is sweet enough to counterbalance its fairly high natural acidity, but dry enough to not seem remotely candied or cloying. Very nicely balanced, this would make a fine porch sipper for the hot months of summer, or would work nicely with spicy Asian dishes. A Platinum Award winner at the 2019 San Diego International Wine and Spirits Challenge.
