This very appealing Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc is tart without being severe, and it has good fruit expression but is not overtly sweet. Pink grapefruit is most notable in both aroma and flavor, along with fresh lemon and citrus rind. Lively and expressive, it can serve as a good aperitif wine as well as a being a tasty companion to shellfish and other seafood. Try it also with vegetable-centric dishes such as moussaka.
