Susana Balbo, one of Argentina great winemakers, has put together an easy-to-recommend wine by blending a small amount of Malbec (10%) with the Cabernet Sauvignon. Malbec adds an extra dimension to this fruit-forward weighty wine whose supple tannins allow for current consumption. Powerful, but not overdone, it is a good foil for grilled meats.
