Cupcake Vineyards, Barossa Valley (South Australia) Shiraz 2008

Oct 7, 2010

By Robert Whitley

This is the money grape in the Barossa, so the better wines can be quite expensive. Cupcake offers a classic example of Barossa Shiraz, ripe and smooth, exhibiting aromas of blueberry and blackberry jam, with a nuance of mint and spice, at an affordable price. The perfect red for the tailgate party this fall. Bring on the burgers and brats!
