This is a Zinfandel with medium weight and fresh, relatively discreet fruit flavors. Hints of dried herbal spiciness and a trace of vanilla add complexity. It’s a surprisingly versatile wine that goes with many different kinds of food, including beef tacos and just about anything that includes sausage.
