A textbook rendition of Marlborough Sauvignon, this shows lots of aromatic expressiveness without being overbearing in its grassy, capsicum, citrus-driven profile. Similarly, the palate is refreshingly tart but certainly not sour, as there’s a touch of tropical fruit flavor buffering the bright citrus notes. Although this will likely give way to the 2018 vintage almost any day now, this is still quite delicious. A Double Gold Award winner at the 2019 Toast of the Coast International Wine Competition.
