Sports the signature Sta. Rita Hills Pinot character of firm tannic structure, dark-berry fruit and black tea, and adds to that inviting rose petal, Asian spice and roasted vanilla accents. Grippy tannins suggest cellaring for two to three years, although this Pinot is enjoyable now with hearty meat and mushroom dishes.
