Merlot at a nice price that will please both the novice and the seasoned Merlot fan.  The aroma profile includes black cherry, blackberry, fall spice, leafy herbs and a bit of brown sugar.  The palate is fleshy and medium bodied, with good balance and a long finish that emphasizes sweet oak and berry fruit flavors, with a touch of black tea astringency that keeps you salivating.  Contains 9% Syrah, 4.5% Petite Verdot, 4% Petite Sirah, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4.5% mixed reds
