This is a big, brooding Pinot Noir. The wine is full-bodied and structured for aging, partly due to the tannins imparted from inclusion of stems. The fruit is ripe Bing cherry, blackberry and black raspberry. But, the linear focus, notable acidity, ripe tannins, and a medicinal quality at the end are the major components of this wine. Give it at least a handful of years to integrate all of these parts.
