A stylized bubbly from parts north — a blend of soft strawberry, lemon, pear, wet stone and apple with a faint nut accent. A fine mousse, bracing acidity and a long scouring finish make for a great aperitif or a pairing for fish or fowl. Contains 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier.
