Cecchi, Chianti Classico (Tuscany, Italy) 2008

May 18, 2011

By Michael Apstein

In keeping with the Cecchi style, this is a substantial, but traditional, Chianti Classico filled with black, more than red, fruits flavors offset by subtle leathery notes.  Typical Tuscan acidity keeps it fresh and you coming back for more.  Refined tannins make it easy to enjoy now.  The price makes it very easy to recommend.
