This wine was crafted from grapes that were beautifully ripened, lending a soft, pleasantly sweet profile that nevertheless shows nice structure from ripe acidity and fine-grained tannin. Pure and fresh, but with just a hint of dusty minerality and a faint leathery aromatic edge to lend interest, the wine is quite nicely integrated with a very versatile profile for food.
