American oak barrels were chosen for aging 30% of this Cabernet for three months, the other 70% rested in stainless steel tanks for three months. The short aging and the American oak, showcases Cabernet’s blackberry and herbal character. It’s dry with medium fruit accented with a hint of mint, 13.3% alcohol, though the finish is simple and short.
