Characteristic Morgon beefy texture and weight, with lovely floral and forward berry aromas and delicious flavors, layered with a hint of cassis. This is a hearty, full bodied Beaujolais that is, in some ways, more typical Morgon than the Domaine Jean Descombes. It will improve with a few more years in bottle.
