A little spicy, a little floral, with a hint of blueberries and chocolate, the wine is especially fun to drink with outdoorsy foods such as grilled burgers or ribs. It’s also a great choice to serve with pasta, and its perfect for pizza. Chill it down a tad, especially in warm weather, to emphasize Croak Rotie’s innate freshness.
