 Petite Sirah can be overbearing or it can be intensely pleasurable, and this rendition falls on the right side of that line.  Echoes of tar and tobacco undergird deep, dark fruit flavors in this muscular wine, which is ready to enjoy with robust foods but can still improve for another couple of years.
