There is always something appealing of an Aussie Shiraz/ Cabernet blend. This wine has just about everything one would want: Nice ripeness, plenty of fruit and an easy finish. It shows medium to deep ruby color, followed by intriguing and pleasing aromas of red currants, blueberries, and dried earth. The flavors offer fine depth on a medium-bodied platform, with red fruit notes showing good tension on the palate with bright balancing acidity. Made from 62% Cabernet Sauvignon and 38% Shiraz.
