Importer Aurelio Cabestrero has assembled a collection of wines from Ribera del Duero that is remarkably good at a wide range of price levels. This wonderful wine shows impressive richness and depth of flavor along with just the right amount of structural grip from tannin and restrained oak. Full-bodied but still fresh and very pure in fruit profile, this can work with chicken or pork but would easily hold its own with a grilled steak.
