 Another wine from the indefatigable folks at E&J Gallo, “Dark” is following the growing trend of sweet red wines.  With flavor notes reminiscent of ultra-ripe fruit tempered by cappuccino and dark chocolate, this is a wine to serve with ribs, pulled pork, or just about anything that has been exposed to barbecue sauce.  Blended from Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Petit Verdot.
