This red blend from Allegrini is one of the best values in red wine from Italy. The only thing that keeps it from being classified Valpolicella is the splash of Sangiovese in the blend. It shows notes of mixed black fruits, cherry and dried herbs, with firm tannins. A Platinum award winner at the 2018 Winemaker Challenge International Wine Competition.
