A nice, rich yet crisp white that features lively acidity that carries lemon, nectarine, dried herbs and, naturally, a volcanic mineral streak that keeps the flavors pumping through a long finish. Very dry, as it should be, and a pleasure to drink. Contains 80% Caricante and 20% Cataratto.
