This is a very complex, highly successful Sauvignon Blanc. It incorporates 4% Semillon and some barrel fermentation, but is nonetheless very fresh and vivid, with good aromatic expressiveness that never crosses the line into excessive pungency. It finishes with fine length and purity, thanks to plenty of citrus acidity.
