Made from 100 percent Pinot Blanc, this Long Island brut is a winner. It is very effervescent and lively, with a lot of verve. Great citrus flavors, mainly grapefruit and lemon. Very dry (no dosage added) and quite powerful. A very impressive sparkling wine, and a good value.
