The quality for your money that J. Lohr delivers is quite impressive across the entire portfolio, and this bottling repeats the mantra, showing bold ripe cherry, rhubarb and lively oak spice over notes of damp earth and mushroom. There’s a nice citric pop at the end that balances the oak spice and keeps you coming back. Well done!
