Here’s a ripe, red, black and blue fruit focused Pinot Noir from Dan Goldfield’s seemingly (and thankfully) endless bottlings of the variety. It’s big on black cherry and raspberry fruit, with nice spice tones and a touch of brown sugar adding interest. It’s perfectly ready to drink now with salmon.
