From Niner’s facility dedicated to Burgundian varieties comes another fine Pinot Noir. A concentrated aroma profile that shows black cherry, rhubarb, damp earth, wild flowers and spice lead to a rich palate that translate the nose into rich flavors. I tasted this in March when the oak spice was quite forward, but these few months will have integrated the oak fully with the fruit, and you’ll have a complex cool climate Pinot to pair with fish or fowl. Another great effort from Molly Bohlman.
