This Moulin à Vent combines the best of Fleurie and Morgon. It’s remarkably fresh and approachable with juicy fruitiness and deep mineral-like flavors. You can almost taste the granite soil. It has less spice compared to the 2015 Château des Jacques Morgon, but silkier tannins. This is a marvelously complex and long wine with great finesse, reflecting the grandeur of the site and the vintage. Don’t miss it — it will re-define your idea of wines from this region.
