Trinity Oaks, California (United States) Merlot 2015

You won’t find too many easy to locate, easy to drink red wines priced under $10 that show some depth and finesse like gem.  There’s a fine balance between black cherry fruit and green pepper that proudly say "I’m Merlot" and don’t succumb to what has become known as the “Cabernization” of the variety.  You’ll be seeing this by the glass on restaurant lists.  A Platinum Award winner at the 2017 Monterey International Wine Competition.
