It’s hard to beat the budget friendly Bila-Haut line — each bottle seriously over delivers in the value department. This vintage shows high toned blueberry and spice, with complementary tar and pepper aromas and flavors, with a firm grip that extends the finish where the pepper notes come forward. A wild game bird would pair perfectly. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignane.
