Looking for an unabashedly bold expression of Aussie Cabernet? Look no further than this vibrant mouth-filling wine that’s got great blackberry and menthol, with notes of dried herb, cassis and spice on the nose and the palate, with a firm grip that keeps things together. I like it now, but some aging will really show its charms. I’d say ten years isn’t out of line. Nice!
