A rich, forward Merlot that delivers briary fruit, chocolate, pie spice and toasty oak aromas and flavors, with soft tannins and mouth-filling texture. Medium long on the finish, it invites you back for more. I’m pairing this with moderate cheeses and remembering why I fell in love with Merlot to begin with.
