How nice to be able to recommend a Cabernet Sauvignon at this price! It’s got what you want from the variety — blackberry, black cherry, dusty minerality, fall spice, firm grip and bright acidity. There’s plenty of oak, but give it a good decant before serving and you’ve got a character rich Cab that will pair with simple grilled beef or braised short ribs. Contains 16% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot.
