I love the peppery expression in this Petit Verdot, which also delivers mint and dry earth over blackberry and black cherry fruit flavors. It’s got a nice structured backbone and a long finish that brings the fruit to the front. I’d go for some medium strength cheeses as an accompaniment. Contains 11% Tannat. A Platinum Award winner at the 2015 Critics Challenge International Wine Competition.
