The Arneis grape, originally grown in Piedmont and used to “soften” Barolo and now used there as a stand alone white wine, has migrated in tiny quantities to California and Oregon. Jacuzzi has made a lively and vivacious wine from this normally low acid grape. Zesty acidity amplifies subtle almond-tinged flavors in this clean, crisp white. Try it with grilled fish.
